Harry Potter fans can craft a spell at Halloween with this Fleur Delacour costume.
What you'll need:
- A Purple/Blue Shiny Wizards Robe and Hat (available at Halloween specialty stores)
- Face powder
- Blue eye shadow
- Other (non-Halloween) makeup in any color
- Sparkly temporary Halloween hair dye (the kind that comes in the can)
- Long thin piece of wood or stick
- Sandpaper
- Paint, any color desired
- Paintbrush
How to make it:
- Sand down the piece of wood or stick to make a wand.
- Paint the wand, if desired. Let dry.
- Use face powder to make face a light complexion.
- Put on other makeup.
- Lightly spray on Halloween hair dye.
- Put on the wizards robe and hat (hat is optional since Fleur doesn't always wear a hat).
- Have fun!
