ACTIVCHEMISTRY is an interactive simulation of a chemistry lab. It allows students to explore the processes of chemistry, from test tubes to atoms. Start in the Demo Lab and run the Demo Lesson to learn how to use the lab tools and to walk through a boiling water experiment.

Try running your own experiments on the elements and atomic bonding, or take the lesson on acids and bases. The demo version does not allow 'save' and a running simulation will stop after 1000 ticks of the simulation clock. The full version has more built-in lessons and simulations covering different chemistry topics.
