ANATLAS

This is a simple tool for locating places on Earth. Detailed results are listed and displayed on a map of the world. anAtlas can search its local database of over 60,000 places, or search more comprehensive databases via the Internet.

Search for Places, States or Countries by entering the beginning letters of their names. Set your Home Base to find the distance between it and the search location. Click on the 'i' button for additional information on the location.

One interesting side effect of using this software is that you can find all the places in the world with the same name as the one you're looking for!
