SECRET PHONICS is one of 7 lesson modules in the LittleFingers Classroom Series Volume 2 Demo. Each lesson focusses on one specific area of learning. The demo has full function but will run only 10 times before registration is required. Secret Phonics was created based on a teacher request.

Sally Squirrel asks you to type in the first letters of a set of 4-7 objects, in order to decode a secret word. There are 10 exercises. Sally tells the correct answer after 2 mistakes in a row.

There is editable content in Secret Phonics. This gives the ability to customize a new set of secret words. Simply hold the Control or Command key and click on the lesson title. A form appears. Enter as many new secret words as you like. This form also gives the ability to generate a secret phonics worksheet.

The worksheet has as title line 'Secret Phonic Message' and 'Name:'. It asks 'Can you reveal the secret phonic message? Determine the beginning sound for each picture, and write the correct letter on the line below!'. A set of pictures is presented, with lines below them. For example an ice cream or an igloo represent the letter 'i'.
