LOOKING FOR WORDS (COMMUNITY) DEMO is a community exploration program combining reasoning skills with vocabulary building. It teaches hundreds of words in context. Vocabulary is U.S. English.

Select Explore and move amongst 24 different locations in a neighbourhood. Learn new words in each location. Click on any object and it identifies itself, with sound and animation.

Pick List to search the neighbourhood for specific items on a list. Where would you find a basketball, broom or mailbox? Find each item - the length of the list can be customized.

A full CD-ROM is available. The demo builds vocabulary and is a great way to teach kids about the communities they live in!
