SHOW ME SPELLING DEMO teaches functional spelling for beginning readers. It includes instruction and quiz modes. The demo is limited to 100 sample words.

In Instruction mode, select Adjectives, Adverbs, Prepositions or All Words. Type in the correct spelling for the picture on the screen. Choose 'Show Me!' to see the correct spelling dragged across the screen. There are options to give hints of the letters in words, to highlight vowels, and for cues, and verbal and visual rewards. Quiz mode simply asks for the correct spelling of a list of words and tells you the percentage correct at the end.

A full CD-ROM is available. There are options to select specific word lists or to edit your own. This is for anyone, regardless of age, who needs help with basic spelling!
