SIMPLE SENTENCE LAB DEMO The Sentence Lab includes modules on Memory, Practice, Categorization, Make a Sentence and Write a Sentence. Paper and pencil activities can be printed for classwork and homework. The demo is fully featured, but with sample data only. The full version gives the ability for teachers to customize words and sentences. In the first module, a sentence is presented briefly. A list of words is shown for each element in the sentence. Type in the correct word (followed by Enter) for each element to complete the sentence. Module 2 is for sentence practice. Select a noun from the first list of words, then pick one of the highlighted verbs from the second list and an adjective from the third to form a sentence. The remaining modules are similar but focus on categories of words and making sentences from word lists. It is important to read the instructions on use of each module as the user interface is not obvious otherwise. Also there is no feedback on errors.
