TWISTED is an intriguing adventure game. Begin as a storm chaser tracking tornadoes. The sky is dark and ominous, and you've got a job to do... Before too long you end up in the Land of Ooz, a bizarre fantasy world filled with strange creatures, fascinating puzzles, and intriguing plot twists. There's treasure to find, problems to solve, and civilizations to save! Interact with the game using typed in commands - a list is provided, including abilities to move in different directions, search the scene, use objects etc.. The black and white graphics show the general surroundings and a detailed text gives information about where you are and what is around you. Read the text of the game carefully and pay close attention to the clues. Talk to everyone you meet - they might have information that you need, and often reveal more on further conversations. Sounds may not work on the Mac XL, PowerPC Macs, or AV Macs. For a PowerPC increase memory partition to 1024K - single click on the Twisted application, select "Get Info" from the File menu, and increase "Preferred Size" to 1024.
