Try some more serious strategy in a board game. "Tabula Letum" challenges players to protect the King. The object is to move the king (the large center stone) from his throne in the middle of the board to a shadowed space in one of the corners. But this isn't all that easy because the king's enemy is chasing him!

Use the knights to protect the king through defensive and offensive moves. Knock an opponent off the board by sandwiching his stone between two of the King's. But beware, because he will do the same! Keep the enemy from surrounding him, and escort him to the corner to win!
