EXPLORING THE UNIVERSE uses images from the Hubble Space Telescope, ground photos and other NASA probes to explain the universe with pictures. Topics covered include the Solar System, vocabulary about Stars, the Milky Way and the Universe.

There are 4 timed quizzes and a set of Math exercises (the timer can be turned off). Learn by reading the texts, answering questions, and then checking the correct answer on topics like types of supernova, white dwarfs, pulsars, dark matter, a spiral galaxy and more. Try math exercises to calculate solar system travel time or the distance between stars.
