Try this Hi-Tech finger paint program. It includes 10 canvasses (already with drawings) that are rotated so that a child's work is automatically saved. Icons provide a choice of brushes in 4 sizes. There are smear, box, circle and fan brushes.

Click the multicolor box, in the lower right hand corner, to switch to a new canvass. There are encouraging comments about the drawings, in a human voice. Mac only: A parent's voiced comments can be added and password security prevents a child from accessing other files on the computer.
