MAP ADVENTURES

This is a set of short documents in PDF format, developed as Instructional Guides for grades K to 3. Content includes 7 Map Adventures Lessons on views from different perspectives, as well as instructions on how to learn directions on a map, on map grids and map scale.

There is also a set of 15 single page downloads that can be combined into a poster, a story about Nikki's Adventure in a hot air balloon and 2 Activity Sheets to go with it - Cut and Color and View from Overhead. Use it to teach young children all about maps.
