This is not a little kid's toy, but a full blown music creation program. It has a lot of features, and sports a 30+ page manual to help you along. You will want to look at the manual to be able to use all the features, but I was able to begin inputting a tune without it.

The many features include:

• Score editor
• Digital output
• Digital sound editor
• Tune files can be played on PC or Mac, and with the registered version you can also create MIDI and CMF, WAV and AIFF files. It can also read Band in a Box and MOD files.
• Tablatures and chord diagrams for Guitarists and Bassists
• Karaoke
• Graphics can be imported into the document, and symbols can be colorized
• Printing has many user-defineable options
• And the program runs in English or French!

If you like it, you can even download an extended sound base from their site to improve the sound further.

So, compose your own tunes, give them to your friends, put them on web pages, and print out the sheet music, too. What a deal for $15!
