"Mount Sunflower Solitaire" doesn't have a bunch of different games, but the one it offers is especially challenging. This game is somewhat like traditional solitaire, because you build four discard piles from Ace to King by suit. However, there are some twists and turns.

Use only the top card, and play the stacks in sequence (2,3,4). Play any color or suit on another card as long as they are in numerical sequence. Put cards of the same sequence and the same suit together and lock them into movable blocks. Clear away all the cards to win.
