Tuppy is a color by number program similar to the paint by number activity you may have purchased for your children. The activities are not done on the computer, you can pick from seven pictures to print that can be colored away from the computer. When you print the picture also print the color index which shows which color goes with which number so the finished picture will match the sample on the computer.
