What it is
NHL 2K7 is the second NHL game for a next-generation game system. Building upon the success of the last title in the series, 2K7 presents gamers with stunning graphics, fast-paced game-play, a new control system and many additional features that deliver another authentic NHL experience.
Why it's fun
In addition to the vivid graphics, a variety of new features make this one of the best sports titles of the year. Features such as ProControl 2K7, which gives gamers more control over the players, and Skating Perfection, animations that focus on the player's skating, add a level of realism to the game that's incredibly close to the real thing.
Who's going to love it
Sport titles usually appeal to fans of the sport itself, however, that doesn't mean non-hockey players and fans can't also enjoy this game.
Although NHL 2K7 is rated E10+, it will likely appeal to teens and even adults as the action, mechanics and overall game-play are complex, challenging and rewarding but may be a bit much for younger kids to master.
