Carrot CrazyPublished by InfogramesPlatform: Game Boy Color ESRB Rating: E - Everyone
Don't get me wrong here, it is enjoyable to play once in a while. There simply isn't enough variety of gameplay in this game for it to offer a new challenge at every level. Items you collect range from regular carrots which increase your ability to staylonger in the air, to super-carrots that make you fly, to the letters "E-X-T-R-A" with which, if all collected, can make you access to an extra level where you can win a life. Each level (Treasure Island, Looney Town, Tasmanian Devil's Zoo, The Space Station, and Elmer Fudd's Forest), are composed of three sub-levels: two 'platformy' and regular levels, and then a final one in which the screen moves and you must follow it until the boss appears. The challenge is kept at a minimum for a younger audience, I know my brother in Lower School told me he thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, a decent game for younger players, diverting, but not too difficult. | |||||||||||||||||||||
