Disney/Pixar Toy Story 2

Your mission: to become Buzz Lightyear and save your buddy, Woody, from a greedy toy collector. You're running against the clock to save Woody. It's going to take lots of fancy footwork to accomplish this feat. You will have lasers, rocket jet boots, and special moves such as whirling torso spins, somersaults, swings, and bounces to aid you in your mission. Some of your special powers are available by unlocking toy accessories by finding Mr. Potato Head's missing parts. Your friends Hamm, Rex, and even Slinky Dog will help you rescue Woody.

The action in Toy Story 2 for Nintendo 64 is as good as the movie. There is something lurking around each corner, behind each block, and you must find a way to destroy the enemy and save Woody. Figure out the code to get the helicopter to land, mix paint colors, and other strategic activities to obtain Pizza Planet Tokens. Collect Pizza Planet Tokens to gain access to higher levels.

Although this game is a one-player game, it actually involved all three of my children calling out ideas on how to beat the level, defeat the boss, or suggestions on where to find Mr. Potato Head's missing parts, Jessie's critters, or Bullseye's horseshoes. This game has been a great investment in fun for the whole family.
