Family Feud plays exactly as the game show on TV we are all very familiar with. Two families compete to get the most popular answers to a survey question. The winning family chooses to play or pass. Whichever family is playing then must come with the remaining answers on the board to collect all the points. After 3 incorrect answers the opposing team may steal the points with a correct answer.

The game is played in four rounds; after the fourth round is completed, the family with the highest total of points moves on to the Fast Money round. In the Fast Money round you must choose two players to answer five questions. The first player has 20 seconds to answer and the second player has 25 seconds to answer (or whatever time response you choose) with no duplicate answers. If the points total 200 or higher your family will win the $10,000 prize. Too bad it is not real cash!

Although the game emulates the TV show quite well the video portion leaves a lot to be desired. The graphics are quite choppy and you cannot bypass a lot of the audio portions of the game. You must listen to Louie Anderson (the host) and play through. The only time this becomes a problem is when playing by yourself. I did not enjoy playing alone but it is a lot of fun with more players. This is a great game to bring to a party to get the guests together for a laugh and great time. We used this game on Christmas day and it was a great addition to the evening.
