TYCO R/CReviewed by Cindy CaldwellPublished by Mattel Interactive Platform: PlayStation ESRB Rating: E - Everyone
Choose the Single Race mode and practice using the different cars to get the feel of each one and also test each of the eight tracks before venturing into the Challenge Mode. Now you have to collect power-ups each with a separate purpose. Some are to your advantage, others, well they will deplete your power supply. Try Battle mode, where the whole purpose is to drain your opponents' battery power, or maybe a round of Soccer Mode, where the cars maneuver the ball and score goals. Racing fans will enjoy a break from the traditional games of racing to the finish line. Although the game is rated for everyone I believe TYCO R/C is aimed more for the younger game player, or you big guys that love remote control cars. I have probably one of the biggest racing fans living right here in my house. He believes any game that involves racing he must have or at least test out. He did enjoy playing this one and will probably use it every once in a while. But he did say his younger brother would enjoy it more. | |||||||||||||||||||||
