Description: Hop on board and join Ms. Frizzle and her class on a great adventure in the air and discover all there is to learn about flying. Firstly, children get to choose their own character by sorting through a variety of possible faces (i.e. ears, eyes, hair, skin and mouth etc.) The Magic School Bus Discovers Flight Activity Center by Microsoft takes children on a learning quest of aircrafts, flight, and animals that fly. Science experiments and games help enforce all aspects of flight. The four forces of flight are discussed and users will learn how a plane flies by trying to fly one themself! Children can even design, print and fold their own paper airplanes.

Technical Aspects:
Installation was simple as it installed automatically when put in the CD-ROM drive. Once installed the directions and voices of Ms. Frizzle and her class are clear and precise. There's even a place to click on to listen to background music if you want!

It is fun and educational and my eight-year-old couldn't be pulled away from it. He listened carefully and was determined to fly his plane correctly. He was doing what Ms. Frizzle is famous for saying. By using The Magic School Bus Discovers Flight Activity Centerchildren will learn from their mistakes. Taking chances and making mistakes definitely applies to this program!
