Sam travels to the World Wide Weather Factory in the sky, where he begins a mind boggling adventure everyone in the family is sure to love. Upon entering the Weather Control room, Sam accidentally trips on his cape, flies through the air and lands on the "red button" disabling the weather machine and causing hurricanes in Egypt and tornados in Toledo. Being the true superhero Sam is, he vows to fix the weather machine before Mother Nature finds out and Thunder and Lightening get into trouble.

Thunder and Lightening request Pajama Sam's help and give him a list of missing parts to find and repair. As Pajama Sam races from one area of the Weather Machine to the next, trying to make repairs, he must find: the Automated Snowflake Inspector, Velocimometer ("Velo"), Wingnut, and the Y-Pipe. Along the way, little ones will find games and activities hidden in a variety of places, and clickables begging to be clicked over and over and over. Mini-Games include the Employee Quiz, brainteasing questions about economics, and the Grate Drain Maze where players need to help Sam find his way. In Pajama Man Puzzle, as Sam goes about trying to fix the Weather Machine, he'll be able to pick up all those puzzle pieces that fell to the floor earlier and put them back in the box. In Rooftop Telescope search the area for Pajama Man comic books, you can also design your own snowflakes in Flaker Maker and even print them if you like to cut out. Other activities include the Test Room, grow fruits and veggies, make a rainbow or a toronado... lots of fun! Lastly, the Weather Board becomes a mini board game.

Of course we know how it ends. Pajama Sam saves the day and fixes everything just as Mother Nature shows up to inspect the Weather Control room.
