Description:

Help Reader Rabbit and Mat the Mouse get a carnival full of rides running again in Reader Rabbit's Preschool New Upgrade. Each activity takes place at one of five different Carnival rides, and you must earn 4 tickets at each ride to get that particular ride up and going. To get a ticket, the child will have to successfully complete the activity approximately five times. The activity changes each time to keep the child's interest, and to add variety.

Players can feast on fruits and vegetables at the ABC Diner while learning to identify upper/lower case letters and their sounds. Zany Zoom In can also be accessed in this area, allowing children to see underwater, behind a waterfall, in a tree, under a dam and more. Attend the Pattern Parade and learn to discern patterns based on color, size, or sound--by Level 4 children will create their own patterns. 4 tickets earned and the Teacup ride will operate, and while you're there, take a side trip to Crazy Costumes and dress Mat Mouse and Reader Rabbit in a variety of costumes.

Visit the Shape Shack and build vocabulary and thinking skills. Here, children will practice sorting and categorizing according to shape, sound, color, and group. If you earn 4 tickets, the Ferris Wheel turns. Body Builders is the Play-and-Learn Activity for this area and allows children to creat 100's of zany looking creatures from head to toe! Want to ride in a bumper car? Travel to Counting Club, while there, children will begin to identify numbers by name and symbol. Children will also begin basic counting, adding, and subtracting. Be sure to visit the Hide and Seek Gallery before taking a ride in the bumper car, and find Reader Rabbit hiding in a variety of paintings.

Mouse Match is a match and think game helping children with their memory skills and recognition of letters, numbers, patterns, and shapes. Coloring Clowns, a printable paint program, can also be accessed from this location. After earning 4 tickets, the Carousel will rotate.

Reader Rabbit's Preschool New Upgrade is chock-full of ways to teach your child letters, numbers, counting, shapes, colors, and simple math.
