Technical Aspects:The game runs very smoothly and the speech is very clear. Our children's computer is a non-Pentium 133 and although it would run, the cat's speech was a bit choppy. Thus the reason for minimum requirements.Report and Conclusions:The attention paid to little details, such as making the Mini-Golf game easier for the child by using arrows to align the golf ball up with the hole, is a big plus. I believe this is why my 5-year-old's favorite game was the Mini-Golf. My favorite game is called the Pantry Chase. Help Stuart escape Monty the cat, avoid the water sprays from the dishwasher, then hop up on the moving drawers, to the next rack of the dishwasher. My favorite part is maneuvering across the sponges in the kitchen sink. The oscillating fan is moving back and forth and blowing the sponges. If Stuart misses the sponge, he swims back to the side of the sink and shakes himself off. It reminded me of my children trying to reach things on the kitchen cabinet, and just what they go through to get to that cookie jar! Lots of encouragement and praise in this game! Stuart is so cute and encouraging the children wouldn't give up until they helped him! A visit to http://www.stuartlittle.com, Stuart Little's web site, takes you to screen shots from the movie, downloadable wallpaper, online games, and 3D animated customizable Message Mates greetings you can send to your friends. Being that children are living in an adult-sized world, my children were able to relate to Stuart. From using giant-sized (for adults) golf clubs, to trying to reach the top of the kitchen cabinet by climbing on drawers, Stuart Little Big City Adventures is sized just right! | |||||||||||||||||||||||
