Kaboose cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. FORUMS AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION "Forum" means a chat area or message board. The Forums shall be used only in a noncommercial manner. You shall not, without the express approval of Kaboose, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or solicitation for goods or services. You specifically acknowledge that soliciting other Members to join or become members of any commercial online service or other organization is expressly prohibited. Kids love to explore, and these third party sites are great sites from all over the Web. These sites were checked for appropriate content before we linked to them. If you find anything inappropriate on any third party site, please send us an e-mail. CRAFTS Crafts were submitted by various people from all over the world, including our own staff. They are meant to be shared but we have some restrictions on their use. Ways you may use these craft activities: You may print them and share them with people in your own home, in schools (both public and private), daycare centers, scouts, youth groups (including church groups) nursing homes, and other community groups. You may reproduce them and hand them out to any of the previously mentioned groups, so long as you are doing this for free. Please make sure your handouts include the contributor information (if available) and our copyright notice and site URL. For example: You may get permission to reprint crafts in publications for these groups by sending an e-mail to Feedback. Please do not wait until last minute to ask permission, as often schedules here are busy! If you wish to make a craft and then sell the finished craft, that is fine; many of these crafts are classics that many people make.
